The equipment was successfully delivered and commissioned for production in September 2023. It is capable of producing copper foil as thin as 0.03mm, while achieving precision rolling of 650mm-wide copper strips and foil materials, thereby fulfilling the process requirements for multi-functional operation. The unit's maximum design speed is 480m/min, and it features a plate shape roller for automatic plate shape control, which enhances material yield.
