〉The single pass deformation of planetary rolling is large, and the heat of deformation heats up the material to achieve dynamic re-crystallization. The cross rolling with compressive stress in three directions can improve the micro-structure of materials.
〉The relatively short process from raw materials to products reduces labor and equipment investment, improves productivity and reduces production costs.
〉Compared with the traditional process, the continuous cast & roll production line has the advantages of less land occupation, less project investment and lower installed capacity.
